If there is a cancellation we will notify the people on the wait list in the order we were contacted. If a workshop is popular enough we will most likely be planning more of that class in the future.
No. We are a working Studio and some of the workshops we offer will involve paint, stain, glue, dye or other materials that could damage clothing. Please wear clothing that you do not mind getting dirty even if the workshop you are attending will not necessarily use these materials. The Studio is not responsible for any damage or staining to clothing.
Beer and wine (no hard liquor) are permitted as long as the workshop is advertised as 21+. Please refer to our Alcohol (BYOB) Policy for the complete policy. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at all workshops. The Studio has a small refrigerator to keep your drinks cold as room permits; however we will not supply any items such as a corkscrew, napkins or cups. Please bring all the supplies you will need. The workshop host is also not able to serve or prepare your beverages. Any beverages left over after the event must be removed from The Studio. By registering for a 21+ workshop, you are consenting to the terms and conditions of the Alcohol (BYOB) policy.
If you have a food allergy or are sensitive to certain foods, please inform The Studio as soon as possible after signing up for the workshop by emailing info@thevillagestudiona.com. If possible please provide at least 72 hours notice so that we can notify the instructor and other workshop attendees accordingly.
Workshops are not refundable. However, if you contact us at least 48 hours prior, we will issue a credit in the amount you paid towards a future workshop. Cancellations within 48 hours* and no-show's will not be eligible for a refund or a credit. Credits must be used within 6 months of issue date. If The Village Studio cancels a workshop a full refund will be issued.
*exception: you may cancel within 24 hours if you are feeling symptoms of COVID-19.
